Language Arts:

M: Writing. Study aspects and characteristics of fables. HW: finish ‘7 Chairs’ story if not done yet.

T: Grammar. Study fables and tall tales. HW: read from textbook (TBA)

W: Vocabulary practice and review. Work on fable booklet. HW: finish and illustrate fable booklet. Review vocab words and roots for quiz.

TH: DUE: fable booklet. QUIZ on Vocab #9 and #10 words and roots.

F: No school. Spring Day off. Happy weekend!

• Understand and apply techniques for skimming and reading to find main idea facts
• Improve grammar skills with exercises and drills
• Improve vocabulary through the study of Greek and Latin roots.
